Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and colour (where available), add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom and are working towards offering international shipping in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch for ready-made products and about 4 weeks for made-to-measure products. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally run free shipping promotions. Any current offers will be displayed during checkout or on our website.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a detailed size guide to help you find your perfect fit. If you're between sizes or need additional advice, our customer support team is happy to assist.
Are the colours exactly the same as the photos?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and device.
Will sold-out items be restocked?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within the specified return period, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Can I exchange an item?
If exchanges are available, we'll gladly help you exchange your item for another size, subject to stock availability.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're very sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
