Return and Refund Policy

At Mishri, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Please read our return policy before making your order. 

Made-to-Size Orders: 

All made-to-size and custom-made garments are created exclusively for you; they are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.  

Ready-to-wear orders:

 Ready-to-Wear Orders may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached. Products showing any damage cannot be accepted for return. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. 

Damaged Shipping:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate solution. 

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to error or defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Mishri cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
